Annette Otero Rivera


Annette Otero Rivera was born in Miami, Florida and grew up in Blue Ridge, Georgia. She has been licensed as a master cosmetologist since 1983. While owning a very successful salon for many years, Annette was invited to be an educator for an international hair care company, Sebastian International. Her experiences with Sebastian included doing hair, makeup, and wardrobe for runway models, and also she was invited by salons and beauty supply companies to instruct classes for their stylists. She worked for several years with the Bronner Brothers International hair show in Atlanta. A highlight in Annette's career was when she chosen along with a select few Sebastian teammates to do hair and makeup for the famous clothing designer Betsey Johnson when she had a fashion show in Atlanta.  Annette takes pride in her professional hair coloring degree, and staying up with seasonal trends, and completing the Toni and Guy Hair Academy in Texas.
