Joelle Kinsey


Joelle Kinsey is the owner of Studio 116. After growing up in Blairsville and graduating from Union
County High School, Joelle attended Tri-County Community College with a business degree and a Master
Cosmetologist degree. She grew to love the profession early in life (age 10) as she watched and helped
her aunt in her salon. At the early age of 13, Joelle was cutting and coloring the hair of friends and family
members! After getting married in 1998, she continued her education and became a color specialist with
the plan of becoming a part time platform artist at hair shows. However, she says God had different plans
for her as she was blessed with 2 sons and a successful business here at home. As previously stated,
Joelle has been a color specialist for over 30 years and uses Goldwell, and Redken shades color lines. She
also specializes in cuts, smoothing treatments, highlights, lowlights, facial waxing and Reflexology. She has been a wellness advocate with doTerra International Essential Oils since 2013, allowing her clients natural options for healthy and wellness living.
